Michael McCoy is from San Francisco, California. Mr. McCoy is a proud graduate of University of California, Berkeley. Mr. McCoy graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mr. McCoy was accepted into law school at Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from law school and passing the California Bar Exam, Mr. McCoy started a career in employment law as an associate attorney at the Bohm Law Group in Sacramento, California. Mr. McCoy prosecuted demanding private and public sector employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violation cases. Thereafter, Mr. McCoy was an attorney advisor for the United States Small Business Administration where Mr. McCoy managed a team of attorneys and paralegals conducting compliance work concerning the SBA's Economic Injury Disaster Loans.

Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. McCoy was employed as an associate attorney at Summerall Law, P.C. and, later, Drobny Law Offices, Inc. As an attorney at these firms, Mr. McCoy received extensive legal training and engaged in estate planning and estate administration.

Mr. McCoy is admitted to practice law in all California state courts.
